Delivery Times


Standard delivery times for Australian Capital Cities will be within 5-7 business days. Remote locations may be longer.


  • We deliver to anywhere in Australia. We can deliver to your home, Post Office box or business address, but we need your residential address for billing purposes.

 

  • We try to ensure that all orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 working days of receipt. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • We do NOT deliver on weekends or Public Holidays
  • An adult signature is required for receipt upon delivery. If no one is at home to accept the delivery, the parcel will be taken to your nearest post office and will await your collection. A card will be left at your premises informing you of the situation.
  • We are located in Melbourne, Victoria, so please take that into account when calculating delivery times. The more remote the destination the longer it will take to deliver.

Note: These averages are based on delivery to capital cities. Deliveries outside of these areas will take longer.


  • We are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent postal standards across the country. We work with the courier to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.
  • In order to keep delivery charges to a minimum we make no unrealistic claims of next day delivery.
  • Whilst we will ship promptly and efficiently, please understand that there may be delays from time to time which are out of our control.

Out of Stock Items
There will be times when a product is out of stock.  An amber light will display for these items.  

Some “out of stock” items will display proposed delivery times within the product description, as these items are custom ordered. 

When a product is sold out and therefore “out of stock”, you will be notified if we expect the delivery time to exceed 7 days.  You will then have the opportunity to cancel or modify your order.



Freight & Handling Charges


Freight Charges will appear at check out based on your post code and the weight & size of the product. In the event orders include heavy or large items, additional freight charges may apply. Additional freight charges may also apply to certain remote locations. You will be contacted prior to dispatch if additional freight charges apply.


Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange on the following conditions:

  • Made within 14 days of purchase
  • Item must be in the original packaging and be in original condition
  • A 10% restocking fee applies
  • Delivery fees will be at the cost of the purchaser
  • Credits only will be issued for returns
  • Customer Service must be contacted at at info@littleplanet.com.au
    or 1300 099 799 to co-ordinate the return
In the event of damaged goods, a photo of the damage is required and emailed to info@littleplanet.com.au. Once approved, a replacement product will be supplied at no cost to the customer.

In the case of faulty goods, we try our hardest to minimise any inconvenience to the customer and work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges can only be made for stock already on hand. Ie. Stock cannot be exchanged if the item is ordered specifically for the purchase.

Exchanges cannot be made if item is no longer stocked or the season has ended, or the product is now on sale.

Unsuitable gifts can be exchanged for something more suitable.


Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or replace a product when:
  • You have misspelled a name (Little ID)
  • It is a custom made order, ie, Little ID, as these products are made to order
  • Changed your mind


Invoices

Please ensure the invoice is checked off against items received. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipting goods.



Pricing and Payment Information

All prices quote on this website are include GST Prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.


Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.

Fundraising profit amounts are subject to change at any time, without notice.




Payment

For account holders with a credit account, payment is required within 30 days.


To apply for a credit account, a credit application form must be completed.

Little Planet Group also accept Visa and Mastercard.


Back Orders


Any items out of stock will be placed automatically on back order and will be dispatched once in stock. Items on back order will be noted on your delivery documentation. If you do not want items to be on back order, you must contact us to advise. Delivery charges will be split between your original order and back order/s.




MSDS’s (Material Safety Data Sheets)

MSDS’s can generally be downloaded from the product description online. If you are unable to obtain an MSDS, please contact us at
info@littleplanet.com.au or 1300 099 799.


Product Supply

Variations may occur to products advertised on this website. Little Planet Group reserves the right to supply a similar product.

Other Terms & Conditions for all Products (goods & services) advertised and/or supplied

 

    1. Little Planet Group reserves the right to accept any order in part or full for any order made.
    2. Orders are not binding until Little Planet Group first accepts the order. Once an order is accepted, the Customer is entering into a contract with Little Planet Group. Orders cannot be changed or altered once accepted by Little Planet Group.
    3. In the event Little Planet Group delivers a part order, items on back order become a separate contract.
    4. Unless a credit account is approved, orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. 
    5. Little Planet Group provides no warranty in relation to products and services provided to the Customer. 
    6. Ownership of the Products remain the property of Little Planet Group
    7. Little Planet Group shall not be under any liability to the Customer in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential or indirect loss or damage or loss of profits, loss of use or loss of data) however caused, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the Products, any services supplied by Little Planet Group or the failure of Little Planet Group to comply with these terms and conditions.

Ordering Online
We recommend ordering online as the easiest option of ordering. Simply add products to your Shopping cart, Wish List or My Products.

Shopping Cart enables you to purchase immediately.

Wish List is a great function that allows you add items you like to a list for future reference.

My Products is very useful if you purchase the same items regularly. All your favourite products will be on the one list which means you don’t need to search for them again. This is great for your consumables such as nappies, gloves, cleaning products, paints, toilet paper, etc.
